14 LAST MINUTE VALENTINE'S DAY GIFTS UNDER $100

Every year, no matter where in the country I'm living (since let's be honest, I've lived in a quite a few places!), my dad sends me a bouquet of lilies for Valentine's Day. They're his favorite flower, and I have come to love them, too, because of that. Last year, my house was only 15 minutes from my parents' so he took the time to hand deliver chocolates. It's the little things that our loved ones do that mean the most.

If you're anything like me, you may be a last minute shopper with the best intentions! Without fail, special occasions seem to sneak up on me when I have the least amount of time to pick out a gift. With exactly two weeks left until Valentine's Day, I've rounded up 14 great last minute gift ideas for her, all under $100. Throw in a bouquet of her favorite flowers, or a card with a hand written, heart felt message, and she'll feel all the love and appreciation you have for her. Wife, girlfriend, mother, daughter, whoever the special lady in your life is - she'll love any of these gifts! I'll give a quick breakdown of each of these items, below:

POP SOCKET The latest rage in making holding your phone and taking selfies easy. For $10, you can't beat this adorable rose gold tech accessory.
SCARF This scarf just went on sale from one of my favorite retailers. It can be worn so many different ways and is the perfect way to show your love!
EARRINGS These earrings are the perfect way to dress up an outfit, especially with spring right around the corner. They're lightweight but still give a great POP of color!
NECKLACE This designer has a plethora of quality, budget friendly pieces for all occasions, this pendant necklace included.
PAJAMAS What girl doesn't want to feel like she's being pampered wearing silky pajamas? This satin set will surely make her feel comfortable, and fashionable in sleepwear.
BRACELET Another piece from one of my favorite trendy jewelry designers. This piece is easy to add to your outfit on your way out the door, and she's sure to get a ton of compliments throughout the day!
CANDLE My brother gifted me one of these candles for my birthday, and I repurchase one as often as I can because they smell amazing and last a good while!
WATCH Every girl needs an accessory that looks good and has function - this watch covers both bases! It's the perfect size for any wrist and isn't too gaudy or heavy for every day wear.
GIFT SET Three items for the price of one! This designer gift set includes perfume, shower gel, and body lotion with a scent inspired by a love story.
FITBIT You'd never know, looking at this bracelet, that it's also a fitness tracker! Now, she can track her steps without sacrificing a fashionable look.
MAKE-UP CASE Every girl needs a pretty place to put her makeup and/or other accessories! This pouch is perfect for home, travel, or even work to keep her organized.
EARRINGS This second pair of earrings is a little more formal, but can certainly be dressed down with a fun shirt and pair of jeans. They are dainty, lightweight and are sure to make her smile!
BELT How fun is this bow belt?! It's a great accessory to add a cute touch to any outfit! Whether dinner, or the office, it's a must have.
WATER BOTTLE Last but certainly not least, this might be my favorite on this list! This precious pink water bottle will keep her beverage of choice cold all day, and can easily be toted around the office, the gym, or in her purse.

Is there something special you're wanting for Valentine's Day or a gift you received that meant a lot to you? I'd love to hear about it in the comments, below! As always, thanks for stopping by!

PINK BLAZER, SEQUIN TOP, WHITE SKINNIES

BLAZER BANANA REPUBLIC | WHITE SKINNIES PAIGE | SEQUIN TOP INC, NO21
ESPADRILLES TORY BURCH or SAM EDELMAN | BRACELETS TIFFANY&CO and CHARRIOL

I woke up in the middle of the night and put this outfit together last week - it was one of those "do it now before you forget" moments. I'm so glad I did! I love the way this outfit mixes business and pleasure - all the while looking super sophisticated and put together.
Sequins....gold, sparkly, sequins. What's not to love? It's an effortless way to jazz up any outfit. The sequins don't itch, and the t-shirt material is soft and stretchy.
This blazer is from Banana Republic; I purchased it about three years ago on clearance and have gotten a ton of use out of it, but using it for this outfit is one of my favorites. I have linked several similar options including this and this. If your skin tone is less appreciative of a salmon tone, then try one of the bright pink options that I chose.
I'm sure you all know that these are, yep, you're correct, Paige Denim. If you're looking for a more distressed look, try this pair of ripped skinnies. I have a pair that I love, but they were dirty when I shot this, so my clean, plain pair had to suffice. (They still look cute, am I right?!)
Now, let's talk about these espadrilles....I mean....hello! I love these because they are great for all occasions and they're super comfy. They're the first pair of closed toe espadrilles I've ever purchased and when my nail polish is chipped or I'm too busy to change it, they're the shoes I reach for. They're also great for when you want to look cute but it happens to be raining outside (which happens a lot during spring time on the East Coast!)
Since my blazer is bright and my top is shiny, I went pretty easy with accessories for this outfit. I figured that my clothing bling was enough. I've had this Tiffany & Co. hook bracelet since I was in middle school; it's a classic and I love to match it with different pieces.

Do you have any pieces that you've owned for years and keep restyling? Let me know in an email or in the comments below. As always, thanks for stopping by! xx

Who's Ready for Spring Break?! Here Are the Necessities!

Sunglasses HERE || Coral Romper HERE || J. Campbell Wedges HERE || Plunging One-Piece HERE || Ruffle Bikini HERE || Braided Sandal HERE || Tory Burch Thong HERE || Floral Tank HERE || White One-Piece HERE
Black One-Piece HERE || Paige Shorts HERE || Brixton Fedora HERE || Kaftan HERE || Peplum Top HERE

'Versatile' is a word that I use often to describe several pieces in my wardrobe; this is especially true when I am traveling. I've picked pieces that can be worn from day to night with a simple change of shoe (thong to wedge with this coral romper above and voilà!) It looks as if the one-piece bathing suit is here to stay and my goodness, there are some sexy options; I already ordered the white criss-cross one. Most people only think to protect their skin, but this Brixton fedora will protect your face and your hair, while you're looking cute in any outfit or bathing suit; I have two of them! I'm almost embarrassed to say how many pairs of wedges I have, but they are a way better option for a beach vacation than a stiletto. Paige not only makes my favorite skinny jeans, but I have recently picked up a couple pairs of their shorts, including the cuffed ones above. I'd pair them with a cute top or even the sheer cover-up that I picked out. Either way, this warmer weather we're having is making me itch for a fruity drink with an umbrella and some white sandy beaches!

Where are you traveling for your Spring Break 2017? Let me know in the comments! Thanks for stopping by :)

Valentine's Day - Gifts for Her

BODY CREAM Jo Malone | HEART SOCKS Kate Spade | LOVE SHIRT Color Bear | ROCKSTUD BAG Valentino | HEART BANGLE Kate Spade | OVAL EARRINGS Kendra Scott | CANDLE Diptyque | PERFUME SET Tory Burch | HEART JUMPER Ily Couture | LIP SCRUB Sarah Happ | STUD EARRINGS Baublebar | STUDDED CUFF Alex Bittar

Getting your significant other something for Valentine's Day shouldn't be difficult, but ever year, my brother seems to stress over the perfect gift. His girlfriend never asks for anything specific, but he likes to add a little something special to already gorgeous bouquet of flowers that he buys. Based on my own experiences, and the input of some of my girlfriends, I came up with twelve items, products and accessories, all at different price points to take some of the guess work out of the perfect way to say, "I love you" to that special lady in your life (even if it's your best friend or your mother!)

There's no need to have a significant other to get some of these goodies...who says a single girl can't gift herself on Valentine's Day? You better believe that this chick has added some of these pieces to my own list. It's equally if not more important to love yourself, too!

Is there something specific that is on your wishlist for Valentine's Day this year? Let me know in the comments! Thanks for stopping by....come back soon! Happy Valentine's Day!

What's in My Carry On? Travel Essentials

My dad and I will be leaving New York on Friday night and staying in Orange, California for two nights before we scoop up my brother and fly to Auckland, New Zealand. The flight to Los Angeles is about 6 hours - a relatively short flight, for most of which I will probably watch a movie or edit videos. Check out my YouTube channel!
Inside my Neverfull, I have a few necessities: iPhone, MacBook, Nikon CoolPix, and all chargers, sweatshirt, fuzzy socks, lip balm, hand sanitizer, passport, wallet, headphones. All of these items are linked below! Since many of these items are small and the Neverfull is rather large, I use my Prada cosmetic case to help organize. I got mine on sale in Saks Fifth Avenue a few years ago, but have linked similar ones, with different price points, HERE and HERE.
LV | WALLET
C.O. BIGELOW | LIP SALVE
CLINIQUE | SWEET POTS
APPLE | MACBOOK
NIKON | COOLPIX
BOSE | HEADPHONES
GERM•X | SANITIZER
APPLE | iPHONE
KATE SPADE | PASSPORT COVER
ATHLETA | SWEATSHIRT
NORDSTROM | SOCKS
PRADA | *see above*

The next leg of our travel is closer to 14 hours. On most of these longer flights, I sleep as much as possible, sometimes even passing up on meal(s) served. I'll be bringing my Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM (above) as my personal item and my TUMI V3 (below) as my carry on. For someone who travels often, investing in quality luggage was important for me.

No matter where I'm headed, I always bring a change of clothes in my overhead carry-on. I have been on several trips where my luggage has been lost (including my bridesmaid dress in 2014.) I'm always cold, so layers are a priority, no matter where I'm headed. Find all of these items below!

7FAM | JEANS
TORY BURCH | FLATS
VS | UNDIES
TARGET | T SHIRT
BP | SWEATER
GUCCI | BELT

Another item I make sure to keep close is whatever jewelry I plan on wearing during the trip(s). As sad as it is, I have had more than one friend have her checked luggage rummaged through resulting in stolen items. I use this case by Kate Spade because it has several different compartments which are great for organization and avoiding tangling.

Make-up is the final item that I take in my carry on. None of my liquids are over TSA regulation size, but you should always check your labels first. This Kate Spade travel train case keeps all of my make-up separated in different compartments so I can easily find everything I need.

What are some of your carry on essentials?
