MY 2017 HOLIDAY GIFT WISH LIST

At work, someone mentioned that we are only as of yesterday we are only 3 Fridays away from Christmas; um, what? I feel like I just celebrated the Halloween! Now that the weather is starting to cooperate a bit more down here in Charleston, I'm all the more inclined to start doing some seasonal shopping. I am all about getting comfy and cozy when it's rainy and cold outside. I grew up in Connecticut, so I'm accustomed to several feet of snow - being down here is a welcomed change in temperature. Although Charleston doesn't see snow, (except that one time in 2014,) it does get cold enough to wrap up in a blanket scarf and throw on some fuzzy slippers. I've rounded up my top picks for my Holiday Wish List. As most of you know, I'm Jewish, so I don't celebrate Christmas, but that doesn't mean a girl can't make her Hanukkah list; surely there are enough items to fill eight nights! I've included a bit of everything from tech to home decor. Hopefully this inspires some ideas for those of you who are stumped on what to buy a loved one! Happy holidays and happy shopping!

Is there an item that you've put on your wish list that you're just dying to receive? Tell me about in an email or in the comments below! As always, thanks for stopping by!

PINK BLAZER, SEQUIN TOP, WHITE SKINNIES

BLAZER BANANA REPUBLIC | WHITE SKINNIES PAIGE | SEQUIN TOP INC, NO21
ESPADRILLES TORY BURCH or SAM EDELMAN | BRACELETS TIFFANY&CO and CHARRIOL

I woke up in the middle of the night and put this outfit together last week - it was one of those "do it now before you forget" moments. I'm so glad I did! I love the way this outfit mixes business and pleasure - all the while looking super sophisticated and put together.
Sequins....gold, sparkly, sequins. What's not to love? It's an effortless way to jazz up any outfit. The sequins don't itch, and the t-shirt material is soft and stretchy.
This blazer is from Banana Republic; I purchased it about three years ago on clearance and have gotten a ton of use out of it, but using it for this outfit is one of my favorites. I have linked several similar options including this and this. If your skin tone is less appreciative of a salmon tone, then try one of the bright pink options that I chose.
I'm sure you all know that these are, yep, you're correct, Paige Denim. If you're looking for a more distressed look, try this pair of ripped skinnies. I have a pair that I love, but they were dirty when I shot this, so my clean, plain pair had to suffice. (They still look cute, am I right?!)
Now, let's talk about these espadrilles....I mean....hello! I love these because they are great for all occasions and they're super comfy. They're the first pair of closed toe espadrilles I've ever purchased and when my nail polish is chipped or I'm too busy to change it, they're the shoes I reach for. They're also great for when you want to look cute but it happens to be raining outside (which happens a lot during spring time on the East Coast!)
Since my blazer is bright and my top is shiny, I went pretty easy with accessories for this outfit. I figured that my clothing bling was enough. I've had this Tiffany & Co. hook bracelet since I was in middle school; it's a classic and I love to match it with different pieces.

Do you have any pieces that you've owned for years and keep restyling? Let me know in an email or in the comments below. As always, thanks for stopping by! xx
